How to connect

Go to Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo
In your Layer Insights dashboard, navigate to Settings → Integrations and click Connect Klaviyo.

Authorize with Klaviyo
You'll be redirected to Klaviyo's OAuth authorization page. Grant Layer Insights read and write access to your Klaviyo account.

Data import starts automatically
Layer Insights immediately imports your Klaviyo flow and campaign performance data. Behavioral events start syncing to Klaviyo in near-realtime.

Your first Flow Health report is ready within 24 hours
The Klaviyo Flow Health Intelligence module will show your first report within 24 hours of connecting. Monthly reports are generated automatically after that.
Frequently asked questions
Will Layer Insights send emails on my behalf?
No. Layer Insights reads your flow performance data and pushes behavioral events as triggers. It never sends emails or modifies your existing flows.
Which plans include the Klaviyo integration?
The Klaviyo integration is available from the Growth plan and above.
Do I need a specific Klaviyo plan?
No. The integration works on all Klaviyo plans including the free tier.
Can I disconnect without losing my Klaviyo data?
Yes. Disconnecting stops the sync but does not affect your Klaviyo account or any historical data in Layer Insights.
